1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Shiftic platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Shiftic is a platform for creating, configuring, and managing AI agents. The service provides tools for task automation, integration with external services, and knowledge management through artificial intelligence.

3. Registration and Account

• Registration with email confirmation is required.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
• One person — one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Acceptable Use

It is prohibited to use Shiftic for:

• Violating applicable laws and international law.
• Spam, phishing, and other fraudulent activities.
• Creating malicious software.
• Violating third-party rights, including copyrights and personal data.
• Overloading service infrastructure (DDoS, unlimited scraping).

5. API Keys and Integrations

You bear full responsibility for API keys and tokens added to the platform. Shiftic stores them in encrypted form; however, you must comply with the terms of use of the respective services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.).

6. Limitation of Liability

Shiftic is provided "as is". We are not responsible for results of AI agent work, accuracy of generated content, or losses arising from use of the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content created by you using Shiftic belongs to you. The code, design, and technologies of the Shiftic platform are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright law.

8. Access Termination

We reserve the right to block or delete an account for violation of these terms without prior notice. You can delete your account at any time through settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update the terms of use. For significant changes, we will notify you by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. All disputes are resolved in the courts at the location of the service owner.
